All of the pollinators seem to be out during the monarch butterfly migration.
Timing is critical during the monarch migration. They come and go quickly, and an hour can make a huge difference in whether you are seeing individuals, small clusters, or large clusters.
Monarchs weren't the only ones migrating in September.
The monarchs were the main attraction, but we also found other subjects to enjoy during our search.

We want to share our enjoyment of nature in the hope that it will encourage others to get out and experience what is around them. The locations are local to us, nothing exotic or inaccessible. To the old line, "Take only memories, leave only footprints," we would add, "and share those memories with others to help conserve and preserve our natural world."
